Terms & Conditions 

Your dog’s wellbeing is paramount. We aim to be as flexible as possible to ensure your dog is well cared for during their stay.

Once your booking has been confirmed to guarantee your dates, please note:

A 20% deposit or full payment made within 5 working days  - cash and bank transfer accepted.  If not received within this time, you maybe at risk of loosing your booking. 

To familiarise your dog with their new environment, the customer and their dog(s) will visit the premises within 7 days of stay. 

During this initial visit, we will discuss  your dog’s requirements; feeding, exercising, sleeping arrangements etc.

The booking form must be fully completed and signed, alongside evidence of vaccinations and flea/worming treatments. 

Up to 2 dogs from same household accepted. 

Dog(s) must be house trained and lead trained. 

Pregnant bitches and bitches in season will not be accepted. 

If your dog(s) show any signs of aggression, they will be removed to kennels at owner’s expense. 

Cancellations

We understand that plans can quickly change.  Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking. 

Day boarding (plus optional overnight stay) please allow at least 24 hours notice - otherwise your deposit will be lost.

For longer bookings please allow at least 3 working days - otherwise your deposit will be lost.
